Victoria came to the USA from Russia. She started to face paint and twist balloons in New York 9 years ago and loved it so much that she had to continue since relocating with her family to Austin three years ago.
Victoria only uses hypoallergenic face paint and the highest quality balloons. She is always looking to improve her skills by learning from nationally recognized professionals in face painting and balloon twisting industry.
There is nothing better than seeing children smiling at every event!
